Michael Hearts Academy proudly welcomes Cate Manley to its Board of Directors. In this role, Mrs. Manley will serve as a key liaison in government affairs, identifying funding opportunities, and fostering collaborative partnerships throughout Florida.
Cate Manley brings a wealth of experience to the board, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development and Training for Metis Holdings. In this role, she develops innovative workforce solutions to address talent shortages across multiple sectors, states, and campuses. With over a decade of experience in higher education, workforce development, and public affairs, she has a proven track record of executing strategic initiatives that drive organizational and economic growth.
Her expertise spans higher education, career technical education, healthcare, construction management, housing, public policy, and nonprofit leadership. Cate has worked closely with boards, industry leaders, municipalities, and state and federal funders to develop programs that promote business development, workforce readiness, corporate retention, and economic sustainability.
Cate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently completing a Master’s in Information Technology Management. She is a passionate advocate for higher education, dedicated to creating partnerships that advance educational achievement, professional growth, and economic development in communities where talent shortages hinder progress.
Her commitment to fostering growth and opportunity makes her an invaluable addition to the Michael Hearts Academy Board of Directors.
